Chips, chips, and more chips

I haven’t posted much through my unprocessed month even though I have cooked a lot. But today’s lunch is all chips–plaintain chips, kale chips, and sweet potato chips (or really fries, but hey, in some countries they’re called chips). Good color variety on my plate, wouldn’t you say? Got a good dose of vitamin A, vitamin K, iron, vitamin C, vitamin b6, magnesium and potassium
