Moving & Shaking, Day 5

Moving: Dive Bombers

I managed to finish only about 40 in the 10 minutes. I probably could have done more, but I was pretty distracted and tired. Ah well.

Shaking: More Endive

The first endive shake recipe I used was not so great, so I came up with my own, which was MUCH better!

  • ~2 cups endive
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi
  • a bit of lemon juice
  • a bit of honey
  • 2 cups water
  • ice
