okay. I’m feeling kinda nasty and outta shape. again. I need to get back to a routine. unfortunately the website I typically go to for my workouts has been doing a lot of workouts with equipment. Kind of a pain in my ass. SOOOOO I guess I gotta stop being lazy and figure this shit out, because it’s summer and I should be looking flyyyy right now!

First thing tomorrow, 300 squats + a samba class later in the evening.
