Body Rock Challenge Day 16

The workout was really great and difficult. The challenge got to be monotonous, so I cut it in half, I only did 150 side step ups on each side for a total of 300 reps. I was too bored.

2. ninja jump tuck: 3, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4

3. Prisoner get ups: 3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 5

4. pike side jump: 25, 20, 17, 27, 28, 38
