Body Rock Personal Challenge: Day 5

Yesterday was a rest day, much needed after working at a wedding all day saturday and into sunday morning. But today I got right back into it.

Today’s Challenge:

High Knees: 66, 63, 62, 64, 64, 68, 65, 68

Leg lift, star crunch, butt lift: 5:17

Low jacks: 15, 17, 15, 17, 18, 16, 15, 19

Side plank lift: 2:32

Scissors: 37, 36, 40, 40, 40, 40, 40, 45

One leg bridge, leg lift, toe touch: 4:51
